Everything we eat and drink directly effects how we think , feel and move. Nutrient-dense, unprocessed foods create an environment for the body to function at its best. I will help you figure out the most efficient way to eat as many whole foods as possible in alignment with your specific lifestyle, time and palate.
HOLISTIC
I focus on mind, body and spirit to get the big picture of you. Factors such as sleep, stress, exercise and health history determine where nutrition and specific behavior changes can support you the most. I happily work in tandem with other wellness professionals such as Functional Medicine Doctors, Therapists and Acupuncturists to support your treatments with the proper nutrition.
HABIT-BASED
Habit-based coaching recognizes that there is a divide between what we know we should do and what we actually do. Discipline is a skill, built one habit at a time that requires effort, time and some TLC. I help clients create and execute positive nutrition and lifestyle changes into their day to day life.

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is a nutritional therapist certified by the NTA. NTPs focus on the root causes of health dysfunction and use nutrient dense food to support the main health foundations: digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balancing, mineral balancing and hydration.
