HOW IT WORKS

We’ll hop on a free 30 minute Intro call to discuss where you’re currently at and where you want to be. I’ll go over the details of the next 3 months.

For 1 week, you will log your food, activity and water intake, submit a few health questionnaire so I can get a sense of your current habits.

We’ll have a 90 minute Deep Dive phone call session going over all the details your nutrition plan and nutrition resources guide.

Includes 6 30 minute follow up calls.

For you if you are ready to make a change, but struggle with keeping yourself accountable. You’re new to food tracking and interested in learning a sustainable approach, no crash diets. You want support on a regular basis to make sure you stay on track.

1 SESSION TUNE-UP

No follow up sessions included.

For you if you have foundational nutritional knowledge and can identify macronutrients. You have previous success making nutrition and lifestyle changes. You can keep yourself accountable as long as you have structure to follow.
